TheCVHub, operated by Thriveallianz Consulting Private Limited ("we", "us"), respects your privacy. This page explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have. This is a starting template — have it reviewed by a lawyer before relying on it for a live product, especially if you serve users in the EU (GDPR), California (CCPA), or India (DPDP Act).

What we collect

Account details you provide (name, email), resume content you upload or create, usage data (AI feature usage, ATS reports), and payment metadata (never full card numbers — those are handled directly by our payment processors).

How we use it

To provide the resume-building, AI, and ATS features you request; to process payments; to send transactional emails (welcome, payment confirmation, password reset); and to improve the platform.

Data sharing

We share data with AI providers (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc. — whichever is configured) solely to generate the content you request, and with payment gateways (Razorpay, Stripe, PayPal) solely to process payments. We do not sell your personal data.

Your choices

You can edit or delete your resumes at any time from your dashboard. To delete your account entirely, contact support@thecvhub.com.
