TheCVHub is operated by Thriveallianz Consulting Private Limited. This is a starting template — set your actual refund window and conditions here, and have it reviewed by a lawyer, particularly around India's consumer protection rules if TheCVHub operates there.
Eligibility
Refund requests are considered within 7 days of purchase, provided the paid features (premium resume export, cover letter, LinkedIn optimization) have not yet been downloaded or generated for the associated resume.
How to request
Email support@thecvhub.com with your order number (visible on your Dashboard's Billing history) and the reason for your request.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Non-refundable cases
Once a premium resume, cover letter, or LinkedIn report has been generated and downloaded, that specific purchase is no longer eligible for refund.
